Series 3s © 1994 Psion
The Psion Series 3s is a cost-reduced version of the Series 3c, released in 1996 for the consumer and entry-level market.
It retains the same clamshell design, SIBO / EPOC16 operating system, and general functionality, but features reduced memory, simplified hardware configuration, and fewer built-in expansions compared to higher-end models.
The Series 3s was designed to make Psion’s PDA platform more accessible, targeting users who needed basic personal organizer and productivity functions at a lower price point.
While less powerful than the 3c or 3mx, it remains fully compatible with the Series 3 software ecosystem.
