This month there are no changes on web site but small bugs fixes.

I have completed the check of images and extra files, which began 6 months ago and it takes about 150.000 images. Now snapshots should be all correct, even for the software lists.

What I have done this month:

• Merged of pages Mame and Mess: now there is only "Mame".
• Changed of names and references of searches pages: now there are machines (Mame) and software (ex-Mess)
• Added OpenSearch add-ons for direct browser searches (machines and software)
• Added themes management to change web site appearance

Mame and Mess informations updated to version 0.176.

This month I have corrected many informations on games and added support for multiple values on languages.ini file import. The games with images not already checked is about 1500 and is decreasing daily.

News for this month:

• filter searches for romset dump status
• Mess search and detail pages completed and available in italian and english languages
• added 3 new views for Mess search: list, tabular, mosaic

• added export file for single Mame romset and new format Attract-Mode

Mame and Mess informations updated to version 0.174.

This month there have been many improvements, including:

• timeout management for complex pages
• new filters on advanced Mame search page
• new Mame export formats: CSV, CSV for Excel, TSV, Linux scripts, Windows batch
• added 3 different views on Mame search page: mosaic, list, tabular
• small layout changes on Mame detail page and button to print on PDF file (work in progress)
• new archive/history management, more detailed and comprehensive than before (I will do a lot more in future)

Here is a list of the latest changes:
- new section "Required files" on each Mame detail page that highlights all the files necessary to start the game (rom, parent, bios, chd, sample)
- new section "Compatible Systems" on Mess detail page
- new "VideoSnaps" sections in Mame and Mess detail pages with already created shortplays informations

- new sections on Mame pages: device (the media), slots, RAM options, adjusters, disks, configurations

- export Mame game lists and custom lists in HyperSpin and FEEL formats

Mame and Mess informations updated to version 0.172.
I have improved several things including:
- catlist.ini and genre.ini management for the latest releases of Mame
- added mp4 video format compatible with HyperSpin front-end (ADB-Tools)
- added monochrome.ini file informations from ProgettoSnaps.net
- cleaned and corrected almost all extra files (31.500 of 39.000 titles completed)
- italian and english gameinit.dat support in details pages of each game
- improved search for history.dat with language selection button ita/eng

Mame and Mess informations updated to version 0.171.
Published new software ADB-Tools, available on download page. This program can be used to download all extra Mame files and to make shortplay videos of games.
